Tyler and I had a blast in Jamaica!!! The country was beautiful and the people are some of the most amazing people we have ever met. Everyone was so kind and didn't blink an eye when you asked for something or a question. The horseback riding through the mountains was the perfect thing to do on a cloudy day. Snorkeling and then Margaritaville was the icing on the cake. We loved every second there.

It did cut down on my food/drink consumption- drats!  The food was so delicious. We found all the staff so very friendly. We had a fabulous time in Italy!!! It was such an amazing trip I really can’t find the words to do it justice. Just to be able to go and everything was already done and not having to think about much related to that was awesome. Florence was charming and we loved Rome.  The food was incredible.  I think we ended up having gelato about 17 times. We thoroughly enjoyed Cinque Terre and it is absolutely beautiful,e. Everything that had been planned and all the tours we went on were incredible.   Thank you very much for the champagne and snacks in Florence. I would recommend a Hard Rock vacation to anyone. I brought my best friend along with me to Puerto Vallarta recently. She’s a world traveler. She called her husband and told him their next trip will be to an all-inclusive Hard Rock. She said it was hands down the most relaxing and fun trip she’s been on in years.

Being able to pay in increments for months leading up to my vacation is the only way I can afford trips like this. It allows me to still live my regular life and pay all the bills without worrying about a massive credit card bill.

Thanks so much for booking our amazing trip! We got back to Columbus yesterday safe and sound, and everything in general worked out really well. We were very satisfied with Buffalo and all their employees, and were very happy to have visited all the sites that were arranged for us. We only had one minor hiccup: The company that Buffalo apparently worked with to coordinate a hotel pickup (on the day we were to go to the Phi Phi islands) did not show in the morning. However, our hotel was able to arrange for one of their drivers to take us to the pier on time. All things considered, everything worked out very well and we were very happy. Again, the Buffalo-coordinated tours and the guides were top notch, and they did an outstanding job.

Thank you again for suggesting the Hard Rock Punta Cana for Letty’s 50th Birthday Celebration.  This was our first, but certainly not our last trip to the Dominican Republic.  Our group of 20 had a great time!  We had 13 adults and 7 kids ranging from 9 to 15 and a  and great time was had by all.  The resort was huge, the pools were awesome and the beach was absolutely breath taking!  There were also so many options for dining and entertainment.  We were there for 7 nights and we ate somewhere different each night.  Every meal was delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed the live bands, dancing in the clubs and gambling in the casino after dinner each night.

We had the best time at Playacar Palace! It was a wonderful setup for group travel, really a no-brainer. Their wedding was so pretty and I know Justin (our friend and photographer) got some really amazing photos! The location was just so pretty… I loved that you could enjoy a day at Cozumel, we took advantage of that on Tuesday...really convenient. The Golden P was great too for our first night. Easy & quick to get to. We enjoyed a walk on the beach as soon as we got there and the next morning for sun, great price and just what I wanted.

Like getting through customs and the customs form was in Spanish, which neither of us speak, so we looked back on your form in the information sheets to translate.

 

At times I would notice a family member becoming a bit frustrated and I would say, "Did you read the information?" More often than not the response was "well I glanced at it" or my favorite "not yet" Holy mackerel talk about self inflicted chaos! So I knew when it came time to plan my destination wedding there was no doubt in my mind who I wanted to use but when I started looking at the prices my heart sank.
